Yes. The quote you accept is the price you pay, unless the freight or the addresses change from what was quoted. We do not add fuel surcharges after the event.

Regular customers can apply for a monthly account once we have completed a few jobs together. New and one-off customers pay on booking or on delivery.

Yes. You will have the driver's name and an arrival window before collection, and a call or message when they are close.

Tail-lift vehicles are available for kerbside delivery. Tell us about site access on the form so we send the right vehicle.

The driver will call the contact on the booking. If delivery cannot be made, we will agree a re-delivery with you rather than leaving goods unattended.

Palletised and shrink-wrapped where possible, with fragile items boxed and labelled. If you are unsure, tell us what the goods are and we will advise before collection.

Goods are carried under our conditions of carriage and covered by goods-in-transit insurance. For high-value consignments, tell us the value in advance so cover can be confirmed.

No. We do not carry ADR-classified hazardous goods, livestock or unpackaged waste.

Yes. Single pallets travel on our consolidated part-load runs, which keeps the cost proportionate.

Anywhere in mainland UK. We are based in Swindon and run daily along the M4, into London and across the South West, with regular runs to the Midlands and the North.

Yes. We run groupage and full loads to and from mainland Europe, with a regular UK–Romania route for commercial goods and personal consignments.

We prepare the CMR and transport documents and coordinate timing with your customs agent, who completes the declarations.
